Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments

Please understand that appointment times are limited and booked especially for you. Each client’s appointment is very important to us. The following policies ensure scheduling is managed efficiently so that our clients receive the level of service and professionalism that they deserve when they book with us.

Booking: A credit or debit card is required to book appointments and may be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. The cards saved will remain on file for all future bookings. Purchases will never be made without your approval. Saved cards can be managed at any time through your profile page. Any charges applied to the card on file incur additional processing fees. Please bring your preferred form of payment in person at the time of the appointment. 

New Client Bookings (initial appointments only): New client bookings cannot be cancelled and may reschedule their appointment only once. Cancellations made without rescheduling will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price, payable before any future appointments are accepted. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or any second cancellation, will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service price

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our nail artists and our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.

Cancellations: Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be put toward any future services. Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment cannot be canceled or rescheduled without incurring a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.

Punctuality: We understand that you have a busy schedule, and allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service(s). If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show”, and you will be charged 100% of the service price.

Waiver: The cancellation fee shall be waived if we are able to fill in your appointment with a new booking. Glitteroxy, llc. reserves the right to, at our sole discretion, waive or reduce this fee in the event of documented emergencies, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances. Our decision to waive a fee in one instance does not waive our right to enforce the fee in the future.

Agreement: By booking an appointment with Glitteroxy, llc., you acknowledge that you have read and understand our booking, deposit, and cancellation policies and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
